Rock Your Mind holds current Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Level 2 First Aid & CPR, and are vaccinated for Covid19.

Confidentiality

All personal information you give us will be dealt with in a confidential manner in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.  However, due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that all aspects of your use of this Website and distribution of personal information will be confidential due to the potential ability of third parties to intercept and access such information.

Cancellation Policy

By accepting and scheduling our appointments you are automatically agreeing and adhering to the above Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

Bookings are not refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of service.

Bookings can be rescheduled for cancellations made before 24 hours of service.

Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the Participant:

  • Does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or

  • Has given less than seven (7) clear days’ notice for a support.

These charges are required to cover income and resourcing costs incurred by Rock Your Mind as a result of the short notice cancellation and associated limitations to make other arrangements for others to access our service.

Payments

  • Payment of the total fee amount is required in full upon commencement of the service or within 7 days of the receipt of the final invoice issued.

  • Accounts overdue by 30 days will incur an interest charge of 10% in addition to the final amount to cover administration fees and charges.  If Rock Your Mind incurs any costs of collection such as legal fees and collection agency fees, the Client must indemnify all such costs.

  • The fees are required to be paid regardless of the outcome.

Disclaimers

  • Sound bowl and tuning fork sessions are not recommended for individuals with sensory perception issues or in their first trimester pregnancy. There are no known risks associated with sound bowls and tuning forks however individuals with medical conditions or who are pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before participating.

  • The sauna is not permitted for individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions and who are pregnant. Individuals with medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before participating. Children are not permitted to use the sauna without parental or guardian consent and supervision.

  • To our best knowledge the products we offer for consumption during our cacao ceremonies are certified organic, gluten free, vegan and do not contain nuts or preservatives however we are not a registered and/or certified facility for eliminating allergens and therefore reserve the right to not be held liable in the event of any adverse reactions to a participant where it has been their choice to consume our products and should consult their healthcare provider before participating. Individuals that are aware of any allergies and/or dietary requirements should disclose this information before participating in a session.

  • I am not a licensed health professional. The services I offer are fully insured and considered complementary to traditional Western medical practices. I have completed Level 2 Training in Crystal Sound Bowls, Diploma in Chakra Energy Healing, Diploma in Angel Therapy, Cacao Facilitator Training and a Master of Urban Planning & Environment with RMIT University. I am an Executive Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. I have current Level 2 First Aid and Working with Children Check. 

Memberships

Memberships are charged at $25 per week and include access to the following services via a coupon code that is given upon registration:

  • Unlimited group sound bowl meditations classes (subject to availability)

  • 5% discount on our full range of treatments and packages

  • One free tarot therapy reading every 3 months

Memberships can be cancelled anytime at no charge via info@rockyourmind.com.au or 0414 377 347

In the event where no sound bowl meditation classes are not available in a week of service delivery the membership fee of $25 for that week will be refunded in full.

Membership fees include up to 5 weeks annual leave each calendar year to allow entitled breaks and wellbeing for our staff.

Booking sessions without notifying Us of a cancellation within 24 hours of the session may incur a penalty of $12.50 which is 50% of the weekly membership charge. We can only cater to small groups of people and uncancelled bookings (no shows) can restrict access to the service for others.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.  Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in Victoria. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.
